About Me

- First and foremost, I am a mom of two beautiful daughters.
- I live the Central Valley of California.
- I received my Bachelor’s in Public Health from UC Irvine and my Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan.
- My passion for birth work grew during my time as a health educator working for the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program back in 2010.
- I completed my lactation certification from the University of San Diego and passed my exam in 2020, gaining my certificate as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
- I saw the need for more support beyond helping families with just breastfeeding, so I went on to obtain my Doula Certification in 2024.
- I'm looking forward to providing you and your family with the tools you need for a successful birth and support afterwards.
